After sending, if the order comes back to Paraná Lentes due to insufficient address, wrong address, adressee not available, unclaimed, to resend the package the shipping will be charged. If the customer prefers to cancel, the amount paid for shipping will be deducted from the refund. This rule also applies to purchases for free shipping.

Import Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes

The estimated dispatch time for each product is stated on the product page. Whilst we endeavor to dispatch your order on or before the dispatch time indicated on the product page, we cannot offer any guarantee and this is only an estimate. Estimated dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
